Job summary

Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Manager to lead the global IT Asset Management program. You will oversee Ivanti Neurons and Ivanti Asset Management, drive data quality, asset governance, and ITIL-aligned processes across regions.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Procurement and Security to provide enterprise visibility into assets, support audits, and enable cost optimization while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Promotes accountability, data quality, and continual improvement aligned with ITIL practices.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan’s business services.
• Acts as the escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
• Establishes and matures IT Asset Management as a value-driven practice, enabling informed decision-making and lifecycle optimization.
