Job summary

Helmerich & Payne is seeking an IT Asset Management & Endpoint Analyst, Principal to define and drive the global ITAM strategy and endpoint lifecycle governance. You will own the end-to-end asset lifecycle, standardize practices, and lead automation within ITAM/ITSM platforms.

Qualifications

> 10 years of progressive ITAM/endpoint management experience in a large enterprise.
> Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
> Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle governance, license compliance, and cost optimization.
> Experience with endpoint technologies, device management, and security standards.
> Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
> ITIL or similar service-management background preferred.

Responsibilities

> Define, implement, and evolve global ITAM strategy, roadmap, governance, and maturity framework.
> Own end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to retirement.
> Lead End User Compute architecture, drive standardization of endpoint technologies and deployment methods.
> Manage device management programs, imaging, provisioning, patching, and security standards.
> Develop automation within ITAM/ITSM platforms and integrations.
> Provide executive reporting on asset utilization, governance, and cost optimization.
> Mentor teams and influence cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
