Job summary

Marc Jacobs is seeking an IT Applications & Business Solutions Director to drive global strategy and governance for business applications supporting Product, Wholesale, and Retail operations.

Lead a team and partner with IT leadership to shape the roadmap, ensure scalable solutions, and deliver value across ERP (D365), PLM, and planning systems while coordinating with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven IT applications leadership in fashion/retail or luxury sectors.
• Strong understanding of Wholesale and Retail processes.
• Experience evolving enterprise application ecosystems (PLM, ERP, POS, planning tools).
• Strategic IT planning, roadmap definition, and business-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner translating business priorities into technology direction and investments.
• Oversee governance of core enterprise applications ensuring scalability and prioritization.
• Lead a small team with clear ownership of application strategy and delivery.
• Define and maintain roadmaps for Wholesale and Retail applications including ERP and PLM.
