Job summary

Mactac North America is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Applications to lead the enterprise applications portfolio, including JD Edwards, MES, and reporting platforms. You will drive strategy, governance, and modernization efforts across ERP and related systems, partnering with business leaders to maximize value.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage lifecycle processes, ensure security/compliance, and deliver measurable business improvements in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience leading ERP, application development, and business analysis functions.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives and projects.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, systems integration, and business process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise business applications (ERP, MES, BI).
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for applications.
• Align investments with business objectives and advise leadership on technology opportunities.
• Lead evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization of business applications.
• Provide leadership for JD Edwards development, MES, and reporting platforms.
• Oversee architecture decisions and integration strategies across applications.
• Promote automation and continuous improvement across the application portfolio.
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
