Job summary

Entrata is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead our investor relations function and partner with the CFO, CEO and executive team. This role shapes communications, market intelligence and governance for a successful public-company IR program.

You will build relationships with investors and analysts, coordinate earnings materials, disclosures and external messaging, and drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Legal, and Communications.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations, including prior work within or advising a publicly traded company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate guidance, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and public-company reporting.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex business models and financial performance to investors and analysts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior leadership and boards.
• Discretion with MNPI and strict handling of sensitive disclosures.
• Strong project-management skills coordinating across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Product and Exec leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships and cultivate long-term shareholder base.
• Manage investor communications, earnings materials, and external messaging.
• Support disclosure and governance processes with Legal and Finance.
• Deliver market intelligence and summarize insights for executive leadership and board.
• Coordinate cross-functional IR activities across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Product and Communications.
• Establish IR function: calendar, processes, materials and internal controls.
