AptarGroup, Inc. is seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal to support global IP operations, helping manage patents, trademarks, and related filings. You will protect IP rights by assisting attorneys and agents, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.

The role offers flexible remote or hybrid work near Aptar's US site, with limited travel and remote work options, and emphasizes data accuracy, governance, and risk management within a global IP portfolio.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–7 years as a paralegal, preferably in IP.
• Supports patent prosecution and IP portfolio management.
• Familiar with global IP processes, docketing, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct factual/procedural IP research and prepare documents under supervision.
• Provide day-to-day IP portfolio support including filings and deadlines.
• Assist with governance aligned processes and data integrity.
• Coordinate with Legal, R&D, and Innovation teams and external counsel.
• Manage IP data, docketing, reporting, and asset tracking.
