Job summary

Must have 7–10 years IP experience and familiarity with USPTO rules and foreign filing processes. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in MS Office and IP databases.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years IP practice experience required.
• Undergraduate degree required; IP training or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Knowledge of USPTO Patent Center and patent filing process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and support prosecution of trademark and patent applications and portfolios.
• Coordinate with foreign associates and clients for international IP matters.
• Maintain docketing records and monitor deadlines across the IP team.
• Assist with responses to USPTO actions and TTAB proceedings.
• Proactively address client needs and ensure high-quality client service.
