• Ability to independently determine priority dates and verify terms in the docketing database.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming correspondence to determine docketing deadlines.
• Process and email information regarding deadlines to appropriate individuals.
• Create new records within the database and verify their accuracy.
• Assist with U.S. and foreign prosecution deadline verifications as needed.
