Whitefish Search Partners is partnering with a first-in-class global company on a newly created Global Invoicing Lead opportunity. This is a high-visibility role for someone who can take ownership of a complex billing function and drive process improvements across the organization.

Whitefish Search Partners seeks a leader with 7+ years in billing/OTC and 3+ years in team leadership, capable of shaping end-to-end invoicing, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of billing, invoicing, Order to Cash, AR, or Finance Operations experience.
• 3+ years of leadership, team lead, or process ownership experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Experience with complex, high-volume billing environments.
• Strong ERP experience; SAP preferred.
• Experience developing KPIs and improving processes.
• Global experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the end-to-end invoicing process.
• Develop KPIs and reporting around billing performance.
• Analyze and resolve invoicing issues and discrepancies.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Tax, IT, and AR.
• Improve billing controls, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Support automation and system/process improvements.
• Work with teams across multiple regions and business units.
