Job summary

Biopharma Careers seeks a Global Inventory Strategy & Optimization Lead. Hybrid role based in Allentown, PA or Chandler, AZ with 15% travel, coordinating global inventory management, governance, and policy setting.

You will build analytics, dashboards, and reports to surface risks, optimize safety stock, and align regional planning with corporate objectives. Strong communications and cross-functional influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain planning experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting multi-site MTO manufacturing and intercompany networks.
• Hands-on experience with SAP planning solutions, MRP, APO SNP & PPDS.

Responsibilities

• Lead global inventory strategy with governance processes balancing service, working capital and continuity.
• Coordinate with regional planning teams to apply consistent inventory strategies.
• Develop segmentation, safety stock, replenishment and positioning strategies.
• Partner with operations, finance, and planning to align inventory objectives.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI scorecards for visibility.
• Drive regional alignment and standardized inventory management practices.
• Lead material risk management and allocation decisions across regions.
• Produce executive-ready inventory reviews and actionable recommendations.

Education
