Job summary

The Senior Inventory Planner at ZO Skin Health, Inc. will lead global inventory strategy, optimize product availability across all distribution centers and affiliates, and minimize excess stock while partnering with Supply Chain leadership.

You will own inventory health reporting, drive process improvements and manage lifecycle transitions, with subject matter expertise in Netstock and NetSuite, plus Power BI analytics. Hybrid role in Irvine, CA with two remote workdays.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to present data to stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
• Experience with inventory planning systems (Netstock/NetSuite) and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic inventory management: policy frameworks, safety stock targets, reorder points, and service levels.
• Drive lifecycle & product transition leadership: phase-in/phase-out, launches, and transitions to reduce obsolescence.
• Optimize systems and processes: enhance replenishment logic and reporting automation; act as SME for Netstock and NetSuite.
