ID Logistics US is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to optimize inventory performance across the global supply chain. You will support replenishment strategies, manage SKU transitions, and coordinate with internal and external partners to maintain a healthy network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inventory troubleshooting and supervisory experience in distribution, 3PL, or warehouse operations.
• Reach truck driving knowledge and ability to train others.
• Vendor management and cross‑functional collaboration experience.
• Clear, effective communication with internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Drive daily inventory control using WMS to achieve high fill rates and minimize days of inventory.
• Analyze root causes of inventory issues and lead cross‑functional resolution efforts.
• Build supplier relationships to address fill rate gaps, delays, damages, and returns.
• Create import orders aligned with containerization needs.
• Run reports such as Call‑Offs and Open POs to optimize warehouse capacity.
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance, and operational standards.
• Coach and mentor on‑the‑floor staff; provide training and cross‑training.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean) and process enhancements.
• Maintain a customer‑first approach with a tour‑ready, safe facility.
