Job summary

Hologic is seeking a Global Inventory Analytics Product Owner to drive analytics adoption across divisions and to lead the entitlement model and performance dashboards. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements for IT and partners, prioritize enhancements, and ensure data integrity while aligning tools with inventory reduction targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or advanced analytics.
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytics tool development and/or product ownership.
• Experience in planning, S&OP/IBP, or supply chain performance management preferred.
• Exposure to transformation or performance improvement programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the business product owner for the Global Inventory entitlement model and Global Inventory performance dashboards.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for IT and external partners, where applicable.
• Prioritize enhancements and manage the development backlog.
• Validate outputs and ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Ensure tools are aligned with inventory reduction targets.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of inventory dashboards across divisions.
• Train stakeholders on tool usage, KPI definitions, and insight interpretation.
• Develop user documentation and training materials.
• Act as the first point of contact for user support and inquiries.
• Enable a fact-based inventory governance process using dashboards.
• Support regular management reviews by providing performance insights, root-cause analyses, and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Track KPIs including Inventory Turns, Days of Supply, Inventory Health, and Entitlement Gap.
