Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics to lead the analytics engine for its Diagnostic Solutions commercial organization.

You will own the revenue forecast, predictive models, and the reporting stack, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Finance to translate data into strategic actions that drive growth. The role requires a seasoned leader who can build a multidisciplinary team, guide BI strategy (Power BI migration from Qlik), and champion AI-enabled analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or quantitative master’s preferred.
• Track record building revenue forecasts or predictive commercial models.
• Experience partnering with IT and data teams on enterprise BI and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary analytics team; set standards and priorities.
• Own the commercial revenue forecast and predictive models.
• Oversee design and delivery of market and revenue models and analytics for go‑to‑market decisions.
• Ensure self‑service reporting via Power BI and migrate from legacy Qlik reporting.
• Guide AI adoption (e.g., Claude) and analytics direction across the function.
