Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive IT experience, with Finance/Accounting systems.
- 5+ years leading global teams and complex enterprise initiatives.
- Experience with global ERP and financial technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Finance functions and global operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year global technology roadmap for Finance & Accounting solutions.
- Lead major Finance technology programs from strategy to implementation.
- Own core financial applications ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Partner with Finance leadership to shape future-state architecture and transformations.
- Build and mentor a global IT team; manage vendor relationships and budgets.
