Job summary

Hologic, Inc. in San Diego seeks a Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics to lead the analytics engine for the Diagnostic Solutions commercial organization. You will own forecasting, analytics, and reporting, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive growth and optimize performance.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team, migrate from Qlik to Power BI, and shape AI-enabled analytics. The role offers executive visibility in a fast-paced, PE-owned environment and a base salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s in a quantitative field preferred.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, insights, or commercial operations.
• Experience partnering with IT and data teams on enterprise BI and data platforms (Power BI, Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, insights, and reporting for the commercial organization.
• Own the revenue forecast and predictive models; guide planning cycles with Finance, Sales, and Commercial Operations.
• Migrate reporting from Qlik to Power BI and guide AI adoption across the function.
• Partner with IT and Data teams to maintain the enterprise data foundation and governance.
• Provide executive-level insights to inform go-to-market decisions.
