Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, inventory planning, or related analytical field.
• 2-3 years of experience using SQL with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake or similar) to analyze large datasets and support inventory decisions.
• 2-3 years of experience with inventory planning systems (Blue Yonder, JDA, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to build or apply a structured decision framework in an operational context.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to design tests, interpret results, and present findings clearly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; translate analyses into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the rubric used to evaluate inventory changes, including evidence standards, financial thresholds, and approval criteria.
• Maintain an audit trail of inventory parameter changes, policy decisions, and test outcomes for traceability.
• Collaborate with inventory planners, DC, and Merchandising to ensure governance of parameter changes.
• Scope problems, design tests or pilots, define methodologies, track results, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
• Translate inventory decisions into financial language for leadership visibility and align with broader targets.
