Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis seeks an Associate Director, Global Intranet Communications and Change to lead communications and change strategy for the transformation of Lilly’s global employee intranet serving 50,000+ employees across 70 countries.

This is a two-year fixed-duration assignment guiding from platform design to launch, reporting to the Executive Director of Internal Communications, working across communications, HR, technology, and UX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Organizational Change, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in internal or employee communications or change management, including large-scale technology or digital transformations.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall communications strategy for the new global intranet, from design through launch and early operations.
• Lead the enterprise change communications to prepare leaders and employees for new governance and ways of working.
• Drive adoption and measure success against defined metrics during and after launch.
• Collaborate with the program, technology, UX, and vendor teams to align milestones with delivery plans.
• Develop onboarding, training, and publishing guidelines to support editors and users.
