HARTING Americas is seeking a Global Intranet Manager (Hybrid; based in Elgin, IL) to lead the strategic rollout and ongoing development of the Global Corporate Intranet. The role combines day-to-day content management with platform development, ensuring up-to-date, high-quality content for global audiences.

You will guide colleagues worldwide in content creation while maintaining quality standards and aligning with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of internal/external communications or content management experience.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Advanced content ideation in English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Basic UI/UX knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intranet Management & Development: Manage rollout, maintenance, and strategic development of the Global Corporate Intranet.
• Content Creation & Editorial: Research, develop, and create high‑quality corporate content; ensure on‑brand consistency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Support: Serve as liaison for international colleagues; guide and support intranet content creation.
• Digital Tools & Analytics: Use SharePoint related tools to improve visibility; monitor performance and derive insights.
