Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director of Global Intranet Communications and Change to drive the communications strategy for a world‑scale intranet redesign that serves 50,000+ employees in 70 countries. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Organizational Change, or related field.
• 7 years of internal or employee communications experience.
• Experience leading communications for large‑scale technology, platform, or digital transformation.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall communications strategy for the new global intranet, defining the narrative, audience approach, and channel plan from design to launch and into early operations.
• Lead change management communications to build readiness among leaders, editors, and employees for new governance and platform adoption.
• Develop adoption campaigns that drive sustained use across knowledge workers and frontline staff, with onboarding and training support.
