Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Global Intranet Senior Manager to lead enterprise employee communications for Home, the company intranet. This hybrid role is based in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and requires coordinating governance, taxonomy and content strategy with global teams.

The role partners with product, platform, HR and communicators to ensure consistent, accessible experiences while guiding priorities, standards and editorial excellence across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in employee or corporate communications, including work with an enterprise or global intranet.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee communications strategy, content governance, information architecture, taxonomy, audience experience, and digital publishing.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, Governance and Employee Experience: translate priorities into Home's information architecture, taxonomy, content model and audience experience.
• Sector, Function and Platform Partnerships: collaborate with sector communicators and enterprise teams to align standards across Home experiences.
• Quality, Adoption and Editorial Support: provide templates, training and guidance to apply Home standards and support priority moments.
• Measurement and Continuous Improvement: define metrics and translate feedback into product and governance improvements.
