Job summary

Lilly seeks a Digital Adoption & Change Communications Lead for the Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, Indiana. This role drives user adoption of new digital tools and builds change communications to turn technical rollouts into stories and behaviors that stick.

You will lead adoption design, run campaigns, translate complex rollouts for leaders and end users, and coach workshops with support from Digital Innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5–7 years of experience in change management, change communications, digital adoption, technology adoption, internal communications, or closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience using communications or marketing techniques to drive user adoption of technology or new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead adoption strategies for new digital platforms, tools, and enterprise technology rollouts across the Foundry, from readiness through sustained use.
• Build and run internal communications campaigns that drive user adoption, applying audience segmentation, message testing, storytelling, and internal brand-building to Foundry audiences.
• Translate complex technical rollouts into clear, human-centered messages that shift behavior across leaders, champions, and end users.
• Partner with the Digital Innovation team, site communications, and program owners so every major rollout has a consistent adoption narrative and a champion voice behind it.
• Measure adoption, engagement, and sentiment (not just activity), and adjust campaigns based on what is landing.
• Use early wins, testimonial content, and champion stories to build social proof and sustain momentum after go‑live.
