Job summary

RSM is seeking an Interview Scheduling and Program Support Manager to lead global processes for interview scheduling and talent program support, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across the enterprise.

You will manage a high-performing team, collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements, and provide training, reporting, and system oversight to enhance the talent acquisition experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or Talent Acquisition Operations experience.
• Supervisory experience for a team of professionals required.
• Prior experience coaching and developing a high performing team required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead global enterprise system processes relating to Interview Scheduling and Talent Program Support.
• Document, train, and provide continuous improvement on processes based on executive leadership feedback to all global TA Stakeholders.
• Provide training, development, and oversight of team responsible for delivering centralized operational TA processes.
• Interview Scheduling process development and ongoing administration for event interviews and availability-based interviews.
• Daily interview and event scheduling support and oversight.
• TA and Talent programming support including administrative tasks, quality auditing, analytics, and special projects.
• Quality review and audits for Yello processes including candidate screens and feedback forms.
• Provide TA reporting support and ensuring data integrity for TA and talent technology stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and train critical TA processes and programs for adherence to SLAs.
• Identify and develop solutions to adapt to changing business needs while maintaining HR compliance.
