Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Recruiting Coordination professional on an 11-month fixed-term contract to manage interview logistics for global candidates. You will be the primary point of contact for coordinating schedules, communicating with recruiters, and ensuring a smooth interview process across regions and roles.

The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional candidate experience, handling sensitive information with discretion, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support hiring.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professionalism.
• 1+ years in admin/coordinator roles in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Flexible, process-driven and able to handle ambiguity.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high volume interviews for Stripe candidates globally.
• Collaborate with recruiters and interviewers to ensure a great candidate experience.
• Solve problems and adapt quickly as priorities change while handling sensitive information.
• Work with coordinators and cross-functional partners to support hiring.
• Own the onsite candidate experience and serve as the primary host.
