Job summary

Amazon's AUTA team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager III to orchestrate complex cross-functional initiatives across the global talent acquisition ecosystem.

You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, define requirements for tech teams, and ensure solutions meet stakeholders' high standards. You will lead end-to-end programs, set clear success criteria, and communicate progress to senior leadership while focusing on operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Refine and champion AUTA top-of-funnel vision across attract, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Lead end-to-end management of complex cross-functional initiatives and drive blockers to resolution.
• Prioritize AUTA needs and ensure solutions meet diverse user personas.
• Create and maintain project information with progress, timelines, and escalations for leadership.
• Define and monitor metrics to identify optimization opportunities and mitigate risks.
