Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
- 8+ years of internal communications experience in a large, global organization.
- Ability to craft clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience integrating AI tools into communications strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated internal communications plans.
- Advise leaders and translate strategy into compelling narratives.
- Align messaging across channels and touchpoints to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with Communications, Marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Measure impact with data and continuously improve effectiveness.
