Job summary
Assurant is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to partner with the Global Communications team and shape how we connect, inform, and inspire employees worldwide. You will translate strategy into clear, engaging narratives across diverse audiences, while aligning messaging with business priorities and transformation initiatives.
You’ll lead integrated communication strategies, collaborate across functions, and measure impact to continuously improve effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in communications.
- Minimum 8 years of internal communications experience at a large global company.
- Experience leading integrated campaigns and change initiatives.
- Familiarity with insurance/financial services industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior leaders with strategic, business-aligned communications.
- Translate complex strategies into clear narratives for global audiences.
- Develop and execute integrated communications plans and channels.
- Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, and other teams for consistency.
- Shape stories connecting strategy, innovation (AI), and people.
- Measure impact and continuously improve messaging effectiveness.
