Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications to lead global internal communications and external relations. You will partner with HR, Legal, Operations, Finance and other teams to translate strategy into clear messaging, craft executive communications, and build media relationships to protect and elevate the brand.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years in internal or corporate communications, outstanding writing, and strong strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies that align with Kontoor Brands’ global business strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate across HR, Legal, Operations, Finance, and other departments for coordinated internal communications support.
• Translate priorities into clear internal messaging in partnership with business leaders.
• Partner with global teams to ensure consistent messaging across markets and regions.
• Support change management initiatives through strategic communication planning and execution.
• Craft high-quality written communications including executive messages, newsletters, intranet content, and presentations.
• Oversee and optimize internal communication channels and measure effectiveness.
