Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Communications to join its Global Corporate Communications team in Greensboro, NC.

The role provides day-to-day support, drafting and publishing content for internal channels and supporting social media storytelling. You will collaborate with internal partners to gather accurate information, manage calendars, and ensure messages align with company priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, marketing communications, social media, journalism, or a related discipline.
• Strong writing samples or demonstrated experience creating communications content for professional, academic, nonprofit, or corporate settings.
• Experience managing details, coordinating projects, and supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to taking on new assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support across the Corporate Communications team, helping move projects forward and ensuring details are tracked and completed.
• Coordinate communication projects, timelines, approvals, distribution lists, and follow-up actions.
• Develop and execute communication plans under the guidance of communications team members.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, confirm details, and help prepare clear, accurate communications.
• Source, draft, edit, and publish content for internal communications channels, including intranet, emails, town hall materials.
• Develop and coordinate content for corporate social media channels with story opportunities.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely, accurate communications aligned with messaging.
• Assist with drafting announcements, talking points, presentations, social posts, recaps and other materials.
• Monitor opportunities to tell Kontoor Brands' story clearly and engagingly.
• Support Foundation grant cycle processes and related communications.
