Job summary

Kontoor Brands, the parent of Wrangler, Lee and Helly Hansen, is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Communications to shape global internal messaging and steward media relationships. This role partners with HR, Legal and Operations to translate business priorities into clear communications for a worldwide workforce.

You will craft executive communications, manage channels, measure impact, and lead cross-market programs while upholding brand voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with proven ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and communication channels.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities with ability to translate business strategy into actionable communication plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in communication platforms, content management systems, and digital communication tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring communication effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies that align with Kontoor Brands' global business strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate extensively across corporate functions including HR, Legal, Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure coordinated support for internal communications.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand priorities and translate complex strategic initiatives into clear, compelling internal messaging.
• Partner with global teams to ensure consistent messaging across all markets and regions while supporting local communication needs.
• Support change management initiatives through strategic communication planning and execution in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
• Craft high-quality written communications including executive messages, company announcements, newsletters, intranet content, and presentation materials.
• Ensure all internal communications maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and strategic alignment.
