Zusammenfassung

Wella Company seeks a Senior Manager, Global Corporate Communications to lead writing for internal and external channels, including C-suite messaging, press materials, and video scripts. This role partners with HR, IT, Legal/Compliance, and ESG to shape corporate communications and manage risk across a global, matrixed organization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in corporate communications with a strong portfolio, plus experience in a global or IPO-ready environment and comfort collaborating

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of corporate communications, journalism, or editorial experience.
• Experience in a global, matrixed corporate environment; IPO-readiness exposure a plus.
• In-house and agency experience preferred; beauty or fashion industry experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute C-suite and corporate communications strategies across global programs and risk management.
• Manage high-profile, high-priority communications projects with tight timelines and quality control.
• Write and edit content for internal and external channels: intranet, emails, press releases, social, website copy.
• Draft executive communications and video scripts for leadership messages and initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Cyber, Legal/Compliance, and ESG on corporate-wide initiatives and messaging.
