Dow Jones & Company, Inc. in New York is seeking a seasoned Senior Internal Communications Manager to shape how leaders tell stories to employees, customers, partners, media, and across social channels.

You will build content across intranet, newsletters, LinkedIn and Instagram, drive global campaigns from ideation to execution, and lead cross-functional programming like All-Hands and AMA events, while leveraging new technologies to boost engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years internal communications or related experience.
• Aptitude for creative storytelling aligned with business priorities and experience leading change.
• Experience developing and executing impactful global campaigns.
• Strong writing skills with a nose for news; reporter/journalism background is a plus.
• Ability to distill complex content into simple, sticky messages and graphics.
• Experience with video editing and AI tools; proficient in graphic design software.
• Data-driven approach with content calendars and data dashboards.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Report to the VP of Internal Communications and be based out of our New York City office in midtown (hybrid, three days a week).
• Generate content for internal and external channels (intranet, e-newsletter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and repurpose content across formats (intranet article, video, press release, infographic).
• Lead internal change initiatives and advise stakeholders on implications for the business.
• Manage global campaigns from ideation to execution to boost awareness and engagement.
• Lead company-wide programming such as Global All-Hands and leadership AMA events, driving participation and engagement.
• Stay abreast of employee communications technologies and advise on their use to improve efficiency.
