Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Director of Integrity and Compliance to lead its global Integrity & Compliance program within the Legal Team.

The role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and drives strategy across anti-bribery, third-party risk, investigations, policy governance, and training. The successful candidate will oversee a cross-functional compliance team, manage the Risk and Compliance Committee, and partner with leaders across Legal, Sales, Finance, HR, Information Security, and

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• 10+ years of experience in public company compliance.
• Knowledge of core compliance topics such as anti-bribery and anti-corruption, third-party risk management, investigations, trade or sanctions, policy governance, records retention, corporate ethics, and enterprise compliance program design.
• Experience developing, leading, or substantially enhancing risk-based compliance programs in a global or multinational environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams or complex compliance workstreams across multiple risk areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Snap’s global Integrity & Compliance program and set strategy with the Chief Compliance Officer and regional leaders.
• Supervise and develop leaders across enterprise compliance, business conduct, controls, investigations, awareness and training.
• Oversee anti-bribery and anti-corruption program including training, risk assessments, controls, and reporting.
• Oversee investigations framework including case-management, escalation, and remediation.
• Oversee third-party risk management program with diligence frameworks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead enterprise compliance risk assessments and monitor maturation of controls, reporting, and lessons learned.
• Oversee Code of Conduct and policy governance with clear ownership and standards.
• Support records governance and governance of employee communications.
• Oversee trade, sanctions and cross-border compliance activities.
• Lead compliance training, communications, and culture-building efforts.
• Oversee compliance metrics, dashboards, and governance reporting to executives and boards.
• Own governance for a management-level Risk and Compliance Committee.
• Advise senior leaders on significant compliance risks and practical solutions.
• Coordinate compliance due diligence for acquisitions and strategic transactions.
