Snap Inc. is seeking a Director, Integrity and Compliance to lead the global integrity and compliance program within the Legal team.

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will set strategy, oversee risk assessments, policy governance, investigations, and third‑party risk across the enterprise. This cross‑functional role partners with Legal, Sales, Finance, HR, Information Security and senior leaders to embed a culture of ethical decision‑making, drive program maturity, and ensure

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school required.
• 10+ years of experience in public company compliance.
• Knowledge of anti-bribery, anti-corruption, third-party risk management and policy governance.
• Experience building and leading global, risk-based compliance programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple risk areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Snap’s global Integrity & Compliance program and set strategy with regional leaders.
• Supervise enterprise compliance, investigations, and training initiatives.
• Oversee anti-bribery, third-party risk management and policy governance.
• Coordinate compliance due diligence for acquisitions and strategic transactions.
• Partner with Legal, Sales, Finance, HR and IT to embed compliant business practices.
