Job summary

KBR seeks a seasoned Director of Business Integrity to lead our Business Integrity and Anti-Corruption Compliance functions. This role oversees investigations, enhances compliance programs, and drives a culture of integrity globally. A J.D.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Texas or another U.S. jurisdiction.
20+ years of legal experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in anti-corruption laws, compliance, and investigations.
In-house ethics and compliance experience strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of investigators, compliance specialists, and a senior anti-corruption attorney.
Manage the company-wide confidential reporting program (hotline, email, and P.O. boxes).
Oversee investigations into alleged violations of the Code of Business Conduct and recommend appropriate remediation.
Collaborate with HR and senior leadership on case outcomes and disciplinary actions.
Maintain and oversee the Business Integrity case management system.
Direct annual ethics training and targeted compliance education for employees.
