Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Compliance Manager to join the Integrity & Compliance Team. You will lead and evolve key areas of Snap’s global integrity program, including ABAC, antitrust, records governance, and policy development.

This is a cross‑functional role partnering with Legal, Sales, Content, Partnerships, and Philanthropy. You will design training and outreach to promote a strong compliance culture and oversee third‑party risk, sanctions, cross‑border issues, and internal investigations

Qualifications

• Knowledge of core compliance topics such as ABAC, antitrust, political law, records retention, and corporate ethics.
• Familiarity with established compliance frameworks and government oversight expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABAC, political law, anti-bribery, and charitable giving compliance efforts.
• Provide guidance on antitrust and fair competition practices.
• Develop and oversee policies for records retention and employee communications.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned.
• Own the company’s Policy on Policies framework and governance.
• Maintain Snap’s Code of Conduct and Sales Code of Conduct.
