Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, SCM, or Industrial Engineering required.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS certifications desired.
• Fluent in English; strong cross-cultural and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in demand, supply, inventory planning or S&OP/IBP.

Responsibilities

• Lead global integrated planning process improvements, mapping and standardizing key flows.
• Partner with regional teams to set standards, decision points and operating rhythms.
• Improve forecast accuracy, supply plan stability, inventory health and service performance.
• Define requirements, validate enhancements and support testing for planning tools.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions and training materials to ensure consistent execution.
