Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking an Integrated Planning CoE Manager - Global to lead and scale our end-to-end planning, connecting people, data, and technology. You’ll drive governance, process standardization, and adoption of best practices across regions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements, validate enhancements, and enable adoption of planning tools, including o9, while developing SOPs, training, and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS planning certifications desired.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated planning process improvement by mapping, documenting, and maintaining demand and supply planning processes; identify opportunities to simplify and standardize globally.
• Partner with regional teams to translate business needs into consistent process standards and operating rhythms.
• Support continuous improvement of forecast accuracy, supply plan stability, inventory health, and service performance.
