Deckers Brands seeks an Integrated Planning CoE Manager – Global to drive supply chain transformation. You will lead global planning capabilities, align people, process, data, governance, and technology, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This hands-on, cross-functional role requires collaboration with teams worldwide to build playbooks, enable technology enhancements, and promote best practices that elevate planning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS planning certifications are desirable.
• Fluent in English for global collaboration.
• Experience in demand and supply planning roles is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance integrated planning processes across global teams.
• Capture requirements, define standards, and drive adoption of best practices.
• Partner with regional and product teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Develop SOPs, RACI charts, process maps, and training materials.
• Support governance, risk, and tradeoff discussions with stakeholders.
