Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking an Integrated Planning CoE Manager - Global to lead our global planning transformation. You will drive demand, supply, and inventory planning through the o9 platform, align regional and global teams, and build repeatable playbooks to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.

This hands-on role collaborates with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into system changes, SOPs, and training. Remote US-based with international scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, SCM, or IE.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS planning certs desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning improvement by mapping and maintaining demand and supply processes.
• Partner with regional teams to standardize processes and operating rhythms.
• Support improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory health, and service performance.
• Define requirements, validate enhancements, and enable adoption of tech changes.
