Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking an Integrated Planning CoE Manager – Global to lead our supply chain transformation. This hands-on, cross-functional role partners with regional teams, drives process standardization, and champions the adoption of planning technology to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.

You will translate requirements into system enhancements, develop SOPs, training, and governance materials, and build scalable playbooks across a global network. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated planning process improvement across demand, supply, inventory.
• Partner with regional teams to standardize processes and operating rhythms.
• Support continuous improvement of forecast accuracy, supply plan stability, and service performance.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and planning calendars for consistent execution.
• Translate requirements into system changes, user stories, and testing plans.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to align regional needs with global standards.
