• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or inside sales.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical or customer-facing teams.
• Experience improving sales results, response times, or aftermarket growth.
• Strong technical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, Excel, and process improvement.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week and travel approximately 20%.
• Technical degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Role: Global Inside Sales Manager

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Onsite: 100% onsite and 20% travel

Job Type: Direct hire

Compensation: $165,000–$175,000 + bonus
