WorldVenture in the United States is seeking a Global Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations and regional support within the Global Initiatives Division. You will support Global Directors on personnel and ministry matters, and you will lead process development and optimization across initiatives.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, maintain global worker data, prepare documents, and facilitate regional conferences.

Qualifications

• Excellent time and project management skills to organize and complete multiple projects.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate inter-departmentally.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage projects to support Global Initiatives goals.
• Establish procedures to obtain ongoing and annual data.
• Create reports for tracking and leadership dissemination.
• Plan and coordinate regional conferences and events with Global Directors.
• Provide training to Global Workers during pre-field and home assignments.
