Avient Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Digital Infrastructure based in Avon Lake, OH to lead global infrastructure governance. You will own cloud, datacenter, compute, storage, backup and collaboration platforms, managing a team across multiple regions and a $20M annual budget.

You will modernize our infrastructure, build security in from the start and ensure reliable delivery, working with Cybersecurity, Architecture and Procurement to drive cost control and standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive technical experience across infrastructure disciplines (cloud, datacenter, compute/virtualization, storage/backup and Microsoft 365).
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams; 5+ years leading global or multi-site teams preferred.
• Proven experience governing outsourced or managed service providers against SLAs and contracts.
• Strong background in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, including Microsoft enterprise licensing.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management practices; ITIL certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish and execute a Digital Infrastructure strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead a global team, governance of external service providers, and IT strategic planning & budgeting.
• Oversee cloud, datacenter, compute/virtualization, storage, backup, and collaboration platforms.
• Drive modernization programs (server OS upgrades, cloud migration, observability) and automation efforts.
• Embed security-by-design and ensure SOX IT controls and NIST CSF compliance.
