A growing industrial company located in Avon, OH is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead their infrastructure team and enhance the technology foundation. This role requires strong expertise in infrastructure design and team management, ensuring systems are secure and efficient. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT and extensive experience in managing enterprise infrastructure, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms. A hybrid work model is offered, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure management.
• 5+ years of experience in leading infrastructure teams.
• Current IT industry certifications are a plus.
