Job summary

Americhem in Ohio seeks an Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager to lead the global IT infrastructure and security program. You will shape strategy, oversee on-premise and Azure cloud, and ensure robust operations across the enterprise.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive security, resilience, cost optimization, and ITIL-based service delivery while collaborating with global teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing hybrid on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
• Proven cybersecurity program leadership including risk management and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year infrastructure and cybersecurity roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Oversee global infrastructure: networks, servers, cloud, endpoints, collaboration tools.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and resilience of IT systems.
• Lead cloud strategy, governance, and cost optimization.
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans with testing.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity programs, policies, and standards.
