Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the execution of new build infrastructure and expansion projects within the Global Engineering, Maintenance, & Sustainability (GEMS) Organization. You will lead a team of support personnel and coordinate resources to meet timelines, budgets, and drive standardization across our network.

The role manages medium to large capital projects, coordinates multiple vendors, interfaces with leadership, and requires up to 80%

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Experience in Construction or related field with budgets, scheduling, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Manage new and existing programs, delivering difficult projects across multiple orgs.
Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set milestones and drive delivery.
Own program communication, accelerate progress, escalate blockers as needed.
Influence design and development of strategic processes.
Work with leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives.
Develop and govern execution of all functions of the program or project.
