Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the execution of new build infrastructure and expansion projects within the GEMS Organization. You will lead a team of support personnel, coordinate resources, and drive standardization across a network while managing multiple vendors and high schedule commitments.

This role involves up to 80% travel nationwide and requires relocation proximity to the office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling or workforce development programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set milestones and drive delivery.
• Owns program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp decisions and escalating blockers.
• Influence design and development of strategic processes.
• Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and govern execution of all functions of the assigned program.
• Provide accountability while reporting on status and escalating issues as necessary.
• Responsible for overall project schedule enabling Go-Live milestones.
• Travel up to 80% nationwide; drive to sites; valid driver's license required.
