Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global infrastructure services, cloud, identity, and security platforms. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, align IT operations with business goals, and drive strategic infrastructure initiatives.

This role demands strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant infrastructure experience.
• Experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines.
• Broad technical knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud platforms, identity services, endpoint management, infrastructure security, server platforms, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish departmental objectives, operating procedures, work plans, delivery priorities, and performance expectations in line with IT strategy.
• Oversee delivery of networking, cloud, data center, identity, endpoints, and server services.
• Plan cloud migrations and platform upgrades with governance and risk considerations.
• Direct network architecture including SD-WAN, security controls, and routing/switching.
• Lead endpoint management and identity services across regions and teams.
• Ensure compliance with CMMC, NIST, ISO standards, and audit activities.
• Oversee ITSM processes and change governance across departments.
• Manage budgets and relationships with managed service providers and vendors.
• Develop leadership across regional teams and succession planning.
• Collaborate with senior management, security, and application stakeholders on infrastructure matters.
