Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global infrastructure services, cloud migrations, and platform delivery. The role combines people leadership with broad technical knowledge to ensure secure, reliable operations and strategic project execution.

Responsibilities include managing enterprise networking, cloud hosting, identity platforms, endpoint management, and security platforms, while aligning with IT governance, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of infrastructure experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines, including experienced technical professionals and/or subordinate managers.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex infrastructure projects and operational improvements within approved strategy, budget, and governance.
• Broad technical knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud platforms, identity services, endpoint management, infrastructure security, server platforms, and IT operations.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, suppliers, contracts, service performance, and cost optimization activities.
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes and platforms, including Change, Incident, Problem, Asset, Configuration, Request, and Access Management.
• Strong written, verbal, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, including the ability to explain technical risks and recommendations to senior management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for infrastructure disciplines and deliver operational improvements.
• Manage delivery of cloud, data center, networking, identity services, endpoint management and server platforms.
• Oversee budget, suppliers, contracts, service performance and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security controls and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Security, Architecture, application teams and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop infrastructure professionals across regions and teams.
